Return/Refund/Exchange Policy

RETURN/REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY

We ask our customers to please refer to the information provided below regarding returns, refunds and exchange of Dare2wear Swimwear products.  Our goal at Dare2wear Swimwear is to insure you are 100% happy with your Dare2wear product purchase.  We value you as a Dare2wear customer and we will make every effort to insure you are completely satisfied with your Dare2wear Swimwear fashions.

 

RETURNS

Dare2wear Swimwear will exchange or credit your account for any product purchased as long as the item purchased has been returned to Dare2wear Swimwear unopened by the consumer.  When returning a product to Dare2wear for exchange, customer must include payment for postage with their returned product. Failing to remit postage with your exchange will result in a delay to exchange your product purchase.

 

REFUNDS

Refunds are granted on an individual basis and apply only to products purchased. Refunds do not include shipping charges. Shipping and postage for all exchanges are the responsiblity of the consumer.

 

EXCHANGES

Dare2wear Swimwear will happily exchange any product that does not meet your highest expectations.  If the product you ordered is the incorrect size, Dare2wear Swimwear will exchange the product you ordered.  (Customer is responsible for postage and handling)  Health regulations however do not permit Dare2wear Swimwear from exchanging or replacing any product that has been soiled, worn, or damaged from use.  This specifically pertains to Micro Swimwear, G-String Swimwear and Thong Swimwear.  It is strongly recommended that our customers try on their Dare2wear products with an undergarment to insure that the product is maintained in it's originally shipped state.
